This 2-bed 2-bath gated villa is set in a residential village less than 2 km away from one of Pattaya’s best beaches called Jomtien Beach. Since all rooms are on the ground floor, the property is suitable for families traveling with children and senior family members. The villa’s pool patio is great for fun family afternoons, cooling down in the pool, sunbathing, barbecuing, and dining at a covered outdoor table. The swimming pool also has a separate Jacuzzi section – talk about getting pampered on a tropical getaway. The villa’s design is very convenient as the air-conditioned living room is steps away from the pool terrace so you can easily rotate between indoor and outdoor areas during the hottest hours of the day.

The villa has two highly comfortable well-appointed bedrooms, each with an air-con and blackout curtains guaranteeing a good night’s sleep. The master bedroom boasts pool views and features a king size bed, built-in wardrobe, small sofa, and a TV. It also has a sizable en suite bathroom that has a bathtub, separate shower, basin, and toilet. The second bedroom is fitted with a king size bed and a wardrobe. It is connected to a bathroom that also serves as a guest bathroom since it is accessible from the living room as well; the bathroom has a shower, basin and toilet.

The villa has a big open plan living space that includes a kitchen/dining area. In the lounge room, there is a TV with Cable channels, speaker set for karaoke, coffee table, and a large comfy sofa – it’s an ideal relaxation and entertainment corner for the nights you decide to stay in. The kitchen, in spite of its compact size, has everything you need for self-catering, including a large fridge with freezer, stove with 3 gas rings and 1 electric ring, kettle, toaster, and a microwave. Since there are many great restaurants in the area, you’ll only need to prepare your meals if you really wish to. The dining area with a table for 4 is right next to the kitchen and you’ll have a choice of dining indoors or out on the villa’s patio.

The rate includes free internet usage and daily cleaning, and a number of extra-charge additional services such as car rental, massage, babysitting, excursions, onsite chef, and more are available on request.
