Located in a beautiful area called Kalim, a walking distance away from fine dining restaurants and a few minutes’ drive away from Patong Beach, the house is an ideal tropical getaway for up to 6 guests. Balie House is right on the beach so its sundeck and the private pool offer unparalleled sea views. Besides the patio with sun loungers and a table with 4 chairs, the house comes with a balcony on the first floor, accessible from the master bedroom. You will be able to wake up, sleep and dine to the views and sounds of the ocean – the best setting there is to leave your busy daily schedule behind.

The house spreads over 2 floors and it has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms; the ground floor comprises a large living room with dining and kitchen, the third bedroom, and a guest bathroom with shower. The living room area is mainly in glass and it faces the sea and the pool patio so you can take in the views even when staying indoors. In the lounge you will find a comfy couch set, coffee table, flat-screen TV with DVD player and surround sound, perfect for enjoying the nights in. Right next to it there is a dining room table that can accommodate up to 8 guests. The kitchen is separated from the living room by a breakfast bar with 4 chairs and it is fully fitted for self-catering with a stove, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, blender, and a large fridge.

The house’s first floor is home to two bedrooms with en suite bathrooms; when you go up the stairs, the sizable master bedroom is to your right. The master room features a terrace, king size bed, TV, wardrobe, vanity table, and an en suite bathroom with a bath tub. The second bedroom is smaller but it is highly comfortable and it also comes with two single beds, TV, wardrobe, vanity corner, and a bathroom with shower. The third bedroom (located downstairs close to the guest bathroom) features a king size bed, closet, and a vanity desk.
