If you’re curious about exploring Pattaya’s most exciting dining, shopping, entertainment and beach options, this villa is a wonderful choice. It is located within close distance to convenience stores and restaurants, and many of Pattaya’s best attractions can be reached in less than 10 minutes by car.
The house has 2 floors, 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. All bedrooms are on the villa’s first floor. Three bedrooms have their own en-suite bathroom, ensuring maximum convenience for you and your group. The last bathroom is located on the ground floor accessible from the main living area. Each bedroom is air-conditioned and fully furnished; three of the bedrooms feature a single queen size beds, and the last one come with two queen size beds.
You will find the common areas on the villa’s ground floor – there is a kitchen, living room, dining room space, and a guest toilet with shower. In case you wish to prepare your own meals, the kitchen is fully fitted for self-catering (there are many restaurants nearby so you wouldn’t have to unless you wish to). For entertainment, the living room is fitted with a Cable TV.
The indoor dining room table sits 6 persons, and there are more tables in the outdoor area that could be used for open-air dining.
The villa also features a washing machine, a safe, and a couple of sunbeds.
The house comes with free internet usage, daily maid service, and street parking just outside the front gate.
