Lay Villa is an outstanding 4 bedroom private pool villa located in Huay Yai, Pattaya. The villa is designed to welcome large group of guests as living areas are spacious and the 4 bedrooms can sleep up to 15 guests.

The living room has a large dining table surrounded by floor to ceiling which brings in a lot of light. The large flat TV has SMART functions and karaoke facilities are provided for fun family and friends moments.

The swimming pool is 8x4m large and suitable for pool parties. A pool table and BBQ facilities are also available in the large outdoor area.

The project has a total of 4 villas with similar features that can be connected to each other by opening large outdoor sliding doors, so large groups of 60 people can join together (maximum of 80 guests with extra charges).
