The place is good to have a BBQ Party and enjoy swimming pool all the times. We have 3 Bedrooms, Living room, Dinning room, Kitchen, Outdoor Dinning space, Swimming Pool, BBQ Grill station, private parking and laundry We hope you enjoy our accommodation.

Check-in
  • Check-in: 13:00
  • Check-out: 11:00
  • Extra hours charged 500 THB /hour (Subject to availability)
  • Guests are greeted by the staff at check-in
  • Late check-in after 19:00 PM charged an additional fee of 500 THB for the housekeeper

  • Refundable security deposit at check-in: 3,000 THB in cash
  • Non-smoking
  • Food wastes after cooking or BBQ to be put in bag in the trash or fined 1000 THB.
  • Please no food or drinks in the pool
  • Please do not move the furniture
Payment

50% deposit at reservation, 50% 30 days before check-in.

Cancellation

Deposit is non-refundable. No refund for cancellation within 31 days before check-in. Note: bank service charges or currency change fees (if apply) are deducted from the refunded amounts.
